We know that attending a dance class for the first time, or returning to dance after a long while or after can be daunting. All of our classes are run with this in mind. We teach in a welcoming, supportive environment, run at a comfortable pace (with some challenge thrown in there for good measure) depending on which class you decide to take. All of our instructors are friendly, approachable, experienced, and there to help (so don't be afraid to ask!).

 When you dance, you have no choice but to be present in your body - to switch off all of the daily pressures, the negative self-talk, and goings-on in the mind, and to just let that all go...and be free. In this day and age with the mounting pressure coming at all angles, this is so important - now more than ever.
 
THE FORMAT
 
ADC courses run in 4, 6 or 8-week terms (1 hour, once a week) - unless otherwise specified - with some short terms depending on the time of year- encouraging all of our dancers and students to consistently improve and build on choreography throughout the term. This encourages evolutions, growth, and triumph. You can see palpable, tangible results - performing, shooting, or just growing and pushing further than you ever thought possible.

Classes are open to all levels, including complete beginners.  


First Class Adult Trials (for new students the to style only) are $32.50 or $65 per couple per partnerwork trial class. Trials can be utilised in Week 1 or 2 of a course, only.
Balance for all trials is payable before class 2 to secure your place in the remainder of the course, with limited trial space available.  Spaces always fill fast. Adult and Kids classes are capped and are run on a first-in, first-served basis.


Classes are run throughout any lockdowns digitally via our digital platform.
Refunds or exchanges are not applicable due to any lockdowns that may occur. All students are expected to register  which will also give them access to digital classes and modules, should such instances occur.


 There are optional performance opportunities for those wanting to work towards a goal or challenge themselves (see footage of our shoots and shows here) and our experienced dancers, tutors & choreographers are available for private & group lessons, corporate functions, flash mobs, wedding dances, team-building events & hen's nights.
