ADC FOUNDATION TECHNIQUE & SHOW MOVES DIGITAL MODULE
Our Technique Teacher Mollie condenses 20 years of expertise and dance training into a half hour module (part 1) going over stretches, drills, and technique for leaps, splits, floor work and show moves. Once you have completed Part 1, there is another complimentary Part2 which you'll recieve.
We recommend using this module 2-3 times per week over the course of a few months to see real results. We have had many students (many of them non-dancers before beginning with us) who have really seen huge results - improving their flexibility, freestyle, strength and overall technique. If you use it right, it will work for you, on the dance floor!
No matter what your level - absolute complete beginner, novice, hobbyist, or someone who does weekly classes - this will help improve your technique from the comfort of your own home. We recommend using it as much as possible, so see real results within the first month.
